October 8–12, 2026 · Casa Prema, Portugal
This agreement is between Living Altar (the "Organiser") and the participant named in this booking form (the "Participant"). By signing below, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document.
This booking is provisional until full payment has been received and confirmed in writing by the Organiser. A place is only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment details will be communicated by email within 48 hours of receiving this form.
Early bird pricing is available until September 15, 2026. Regular pricing applies from September 16, 2026.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disaster, or critically insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund of all payments received will be issued within 60 days.
The Participant confirms that they are in good mental and physical health and are capable of participating fully in the retreat programme. The Participant agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies in this booking form.
Some experiences within the retreat programme may be emotionally or physically intensive in nature. Participation in any individual activity is always voluntary. The Organiser and its facilitators reserve the right to ask a Participant to refrain from specific activities if it is considered that participation could pose a risk to their wellbeing or the wellbeing of others.
The Participant is responsible for consulting their own healthcare professional prior to attending, particularly if they have any concerns about their health or suitability for the programme.
The Participant agrees to engage with the retreat and the broader community with respect, openness, and care for others. The Organiser reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit and intention of the space — without refund.
The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat. The Participant is responsible for arranging adequate travel and health insurance, including trip cancellation coverage. Participation in all activities is undertaken at the Participant's own risk.
The Organiser may photograph or film aspects of the retreat for documentary or promotional purposes. The Participant may opt out of appearing in any media at any time by informing the Organiser or the facilitators directly. Media featuring participants who have opted out will not be published or distributed.
All personal information shared as part of this booking — and all experiences shared within the retreat space — is held in the strictest confidence. Participants are kindly asked to extend the same respect to their fellow participants. What is shared in the circle, stays in the circle.
By signing this form, the Participant confirms they have read and fully understood all of the above, and agree to these terms in their entirety. This signed document constitutes a binding booking request subject to payment confirmation by the Organiser.
