Integration
Living Altar is a five-day immersion that weaves together ancient practices, music, movement, and ceremony to create the conditions for meaningful transformation. Designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own heart.
At the heart of the retreat is a dedicated evening of deep inner exploration, gathered around a ceremonial altar: a space for prayer, music, contemplation, and remembrance, followed by a full day of integration, rest, and embodied reflection.
For those who feel the need to step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, at a crossroads, or simply longing for something more meaningful, this space was created for you.
Because some of life's most important conversations cannot happen in the rush of everyday life. Living Altar was created as a space to pause, gather, remember what matters, and return home with greater clarity and presence.

Welcome Dinner · Opening Circle
Settle into your space and meet the people you'll share this journey with. The evening opens with a shared meal and a fire gathering to open the circle.
Morning Practice · Water Ritual · Cacao & Ecstatic Dance
The body leads the way. A morning practice opens the day before an afternoon herbal cleansing and water ritual. As night falls, cacao is shared and live music carries you into ecstatic dance.
Morning Practice · Nature Walk & Altar Building · Ceremony
A morning practice opens the day. The afternoon takes you out onto the land to gather flowers and herbs, followed by meditation and altar building together. When night falls, we enter the main ceremony. Light nourishment follows to close.
Morning Practice · Breathwork & Cold Plunge · Sound Healing · Hapé
Space to settle what moved through you. After a morning practice, the afternoon brings breathwork and a cold plunge before sound healing in the dome. The evening closes with a Hapé ceremony for grounding.
Morning Practice · Closing Circle · Integration
One last morning practice together before the circle closes. We gather to reflect, speak and honour what the five days held.
Indicative only. Each day's rhythm adapts around its main session.

Ceremonialist · Voice Artist
A musician, ceremonial space holder and student of indigenous wisdom. Rooted in North African indigenous tradition and Sufi practice, Zei has also sat with wisdom keepers across the Amazon, South America and the East, learning their songs, their prayers, their way of connection. With her voice, she carries that blended wisdom into sound and sacred ceremonial space. She curates conscious events rooted in community, unity and the belief that people heal better together.

Ceremonialist · Musician
A multi-instrumental musician and ceremonial space holder, Nael has been playing since a very young age, shaped by deep immersion in indigenous Amazonian ceremony, Eastern music and Sufi tradition. His technical mastery of sound and instruments is matched only by the heart behind it. Whether performing solo or within a circle, he holds space the way he plays, with precision, warmth and an unwavering commitment to community.

Sound Healer · Space Host
A healer, sound practitioner and keeper of the land. Renato has walked the path of inner awakening for over 25 years, through meditation, energy healing, yoga and sacred philosophy. He founded a community rooted in love, relocated to Portugal, and built a sanctuary from the ground up. He holds this space with the quiet authority of someone who has done the work. Casa Prema was built to offer others what he found for himself.

Musician · Sound Alchemist
An artist in the truest sense, always moving, always seeking. He has spent years chasing the world's most rare and exotic instruments, sitting with Eastern masters to learn their secrets, and weaving them into sound that is entirely his own. He teaches instruments including the handpan, and brings a devotional depth to everything he plays. Beyond music, his practice spans movement, breathwork and embodiment, a full-spectrum presence on and off the stage.
All options include ceremonies, activities, meals and accommodation. Early bird pricing until September 15th, 2026.
